All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update in the carrier's system after your shipping confirmation.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Wellness Vibe is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is missing, please check with neighbors and your local carrier facility first. Contact us at chelis.camargo@gmail.com if the issue is not resolved and we'll work to find a solution.
