Shipping policy

Processing time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping times — We ship from our US warehouse. Standard shipping is free on all orders and typically arrives in 3–7 business days. Express shipping is available for $15 at checkout. Delivery estimates begin after processing and are not guaranteed.

Tracking your order Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking to update in the carrier's system after your shipping confirmation.

Shipping area We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Packaging: Our products are sourced from trusted manufacturers and may arrive in their original retail packaging.

Delays Delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, weather events, or high-volume periods such as holidays and sales events. We'll always do our best to keep you informed.

Lost or stolen packages Wellness Vibe is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is missing, please check with neighbors and your local carrier facility first, then contact us at team@WellnessVibe.us and we'll work to find a solution.
